Instructions:
•Contact me through Email or Discord and have following prepared:• Which illustration type (e.g., "Inks, half-body" or "Full Color, portrait")• Clear visual Character References. Written descriptions will not be accepted unless there are minor changes to the references provided. Information about character personality is helpful but not required.• Poses and expressions. You can be vague or as specific as you want. Image references are helpful.• If a Background is requested please describe the type of location or provide visual references. If no background is requested, artwork will have a simple background (i.e., color or effect) or none at all.• Specific ** Image Dimensions** or ratio can be requested. If none is specified, Image dimensions may vary. Portrait or landscape depending on description.• An email that I can send the invoice to.• If you'd like it to be a surprise or stay private let me know for there will be a privacy fee. Otherwise progress may be stream on my Twitch channel.

Terms of Service

This agreement is between I, the Artist, and you, the Client, for work services performed on a project known as the Work.I, the Artist, have the right to refuse projects and requests according to my discernment and capabilities.GENERAL
Client is purchasing digital goods. No physical items will be delivered.PAYMENTS
The client is expected to fully pay upfront before the artist proceeds with their commission. The artist will NOT proceed with the commission if this payment isn’t given.PROCESS
1. Once there has been an agreement between the client and artist regarding the price of the commission, client will be added to a wait list. I will then request the payment to be sent when I am ready to work on client's commission.
2. I will give the client up to 30 days to reply or send payment. If client fails to respond within the 30-day time frame, client will be removed from the wait list, and I will move on to the next client.
3. Once I have received the full payment I will began work on client's commission. I will provide rough thumbnail and draft sketches. Any changes involving poses, expressions, colors etc. must be brought to my attention at that time. No major alterations after that. Major alterations are for example, having to recreate an image after the artwork has been completed.
4. The artist may share the progress of the commission publicly (streamed through twitch, images posted on socials, etc.) A privacy fee will be applied if client chooses that the artwork remains private.
5. Once the draft sketch has been approved by the client, I will continue work and provide progress updates at each step of the process (sketch > line art > colors). Client may give feedback for reasonable alterations to the artwork at these stages.
6. Client must approve the progress at each step in order for me to continue the commission.
7. Client may request updates at any time.
8. If the client fails to give feedback and/or give approval within 30 days of the artist's update messages: I will discontinue work on the commission, client will be removed from the to-do-list and a refund will not be available to the client.
9. It is possible for work to be continued and re-added to the to-do-list at the artist's discretion.
10. Completed artwork will be sent for approval. Client may request minor edits for colors, small details, or something I may have missed. Approved final artwork will be delivered through Email or Discord. Multiple/large orders may be provided through a Zip file.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• I will attempt to complete the clients commission as quickly as I am able to. Emotes can usually be completed within a month from start date. It all depends on the complexity, amount, client's position on the waiting list/queue. As well as personal circumstances.USE
• Artwork is prohibited from being used in profitable merchandise, printing, and/or reselling by client.
• Client is prohibited from using artwork for non-fungible tokens.
• Artwork is prohibited in the use of training or alterations of Artificial Intelligence (AI) programs.
• Commissioned Emotes are to be used for the intended purpose as emotes on client's personal platforms (such as Twitch and/or Discord.) Alternative uses must be discussed with me.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• I retain original copyright and ownership of the Work, which includes but may not be limited to advertising, displaying the Work in my websites, social media and portfolios according to my discretion. I have rights to repurpose unused process work for future projects, personal or otherwise.REFUNDS
• Client may request a full refund BEFORE any artwork has been provided by the artist. If artwork at any stage of the process has been provided by the artist, client is eligible only to no more than a 75% refund.
• Completed artwork will not be refunded.
• Note for emotes: Be aware of Twitch's T.O.S regarding emotes. I cannot guarantee all emotes will be approved by Twitch. Revisions for denied/reported emotes will have a fee. Unused emotes will not be refunded.COMMUNICATION
Communication will be done through VGen, email, or Discord.Terms and conditions are subject to change.By sending payment, Client has read, understands, and agrees to all of the above.
